GENERAL INFORMATION
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: All orders will be acknowledged, processed and billed in accordance with information appearing on our acknowledgement.
ART WORK: All orders should be accompanied by black & white camera-ready artwork. For multi-color imprint, please supply color separated artwork. If touch up is needed, there will be a minimum charge of $60.00(G) Imprint area determined by size of logo, check with us.
TYPESETTING: Add $40.00(G)
LASER ENGRAVING: Price includes one location, one logo on all engraved items, add $100.00(G) for set-up. Exact repeat orders no set-up charge on laser-engraved orders.
1).Additional Location/Running charge: Add $80.00(G) for set-up. Add $3.00(G) for running charge. $1.50(G) for pens and key chains.
2.) Personalization: To engrave individual names on each location (26 character maximum), add $50.00(G) set-up and add $1.50(G) per location running charge. A typewritten list must be supplied by customer.
SCREEN IMPRINTING: Price includes one color, one position imprint. Add $75.00(G) for set-up. $60.00(G) for repeat order set-up. Add $60.00(G) for each additional color set-up and $0.50(G) running charge.
PROOF: No charge for paper proof. Add $100.00(G) for laser engraved pre-production proof. Add $70.00(G) for screen imprint pre-production proof, plus the cost of the product. No changes once approved.
STANDARD SERVICES: 4-5 weeks production time will begin after approval of credit, Pre-Production Proof and/or paper proof.
ONE WEEK SERVICE: Add $80.00(G), orders completed in 7 days from approval day of Paper Proof or Pre-Production Proof.
CO-OP PROGRAMS: All items are available for co-op programs.
OVER/UNDERRUNS: Please accept (+/- 5%) quantity to complete order.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS: After first shipment, add $10.00(G) for each additional location plus freight charge.
FOREIGN SHIPMENTS: Add $10.00(G) per location.
PACKING: Most items packaged with gift box, other packaging is available. Please inquire.
SHIPPING: "Best Way" depending on location. F.O.B. Illinois, unless other arrangements have been made. UPS Ground, FedEx, AirBorne, and others available on request.
COLOR FILL: Based on $4.50(G) per location, please contact M J Rifkin, Incorporated
OXIDATION: $1.25(G) color is black
EPOXY DOME: Setup $75.00(G) plus $1.25(G) run-charge per piece.
NEW CUSTOMER: 50% deposit and credit reference information with the order to establish you into our system. First order in full in advance. Purchase orders and checks accepted.
RETURN CHECK POLICY: $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
